Booking and Confirmation
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and are issued by Aalborg Heat for use in connection with sauna or hot tub experiences at the address Pieren 9, 9000 Aalborg. The gift card is not personal, which also means that a lost gift card, as a rule, cannot be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal
If you regret the purchase of a booking, gift card, or clip card, it can be refunded within applicable legislation. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact:

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your booking, you must send an email with your full name and your booking ID to Aalborg Heat at kontakt@aalborgheat.dk. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your reservation - this can be done directly through your confirmation email.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the booked time will not result in any refund for purchased services. Aalborg Heat reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time up to the reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, power outages, or other circumstances that could not have been foreseen. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
Cancellation due to irresponsible behavior of guests
Irresponsible behavior from guests is not tolerated. Aalborg Heat reserves the right to refuse guests upon arrival if they are considered to be under the undue influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. Likewise, Aalborg Heat reserves the right to terminate the reservation prematurely if we consider guests to exhibit irresponsible behavior. Examples of this may include (but are not limited to): excessive alcohol consumption, loud behavior causing inconvenience to other guests, indecent exposure, verbal harassment of staff, guests, etc.
